FEATURE & CONSTRUCTION

Pump body is made of cast iron and with high solids epoxy coating which offers the highest quality and performance. Triangular handle is designed for easy handling on Guide Rail System,ensuring proper handling and protecting the sealing of auto-coupling.Double mechanical seals, Sic at the pump side.

Vortex impeller with maximum solids handling with new no-clogging shape, Single channel impeller with Large passageway and high eficency. DN 50-150(PN6 & PN10) radial slot EN 1092-1 flange discharge.

Premium Efficiency cage asynchronous motor. Lubicated-for-life bearings with a calculated lifetime of minimum 50,000 hrs. Stainless steel shaft. Designed with high resistance fatigue fracture.

The entire series can be optionally equipped with a mechanical seal chamber humidity sensor (oil-water probe) and a double metal switch in the stator winding. If there is leakage in the mechanical seal or overheating in the stator winding, an inspection alarm will be triggered.
